There are plenty of fantastic feel-good ways to keep in shape and new classes are being developed all the time, but how do you decide which one is for you?
This workshop is designed to let you experience a range of different classes without having to book an extended course, allowing you to find the class that best meets your needs.
Starting at noon and finishing at 6pm, there are six hour-long classes: zumba, salsa, pilates, bellydance, power yoga,
and street jazz.
