The Yoga Room is offering a 200-hour certified yoga teacher training course for anyone who would like to become a yoga teacher or for those who would like to get deeper into the form.
Teachers Ciara Cronin and Tony Purcell will be the trainers and each have extensive yoga experience in Ireland and abroad. Over five long weekends, participants will cover areas such as the yoga lifestyle, anatomy, and pranayama.
