Join Jimi, Trevor and friends in the healing sanctuary of Hunting Brook Gardens for a of day of connecting deeply to yourself and Mother Earth through Yoga, Sacred Journeying with crystals, Creativity through Art and Colour and culminating with a Drum Circle in the valley! With the garden in full flower this is a day to enjoy with friends both old and new. Activities for both adults and children will run concurrently, so you can relax as the little ones are entertained throughout the day too. They advise bringing a blanket and food to share for the picnic lunch on the lawn.

10:30 Enchanted Yoga with Siobhán Irwin (Adults): Feel the earth on your feet you as you connect with Mother Earth on the lawn.
Explore through breathwork as you use the energy of the enchanted woods to strengthen your yoga practice.
Through body movement (Asanas) let your sprit come alive and meditate to the beautiful songs of nature
10:30 Colour Workshop with Caroline Flavin (Children): Somewhere over the rainbow at Hunting Brook Gardens lies a wonderful world of colour!
Join Aura-Soma colour therapist Caroline, and learn about and play with, the magical world of Aura-Soma colour!
12: 15 The Picnic
1:45 Crystal Journey with Sinéad De hÓra (Adults): In the enchanted realms of Hunting Brook, where the mineral, plant, devic and human kingdoms cross their divides to become one living breathing consciousness – Join in the creation of a crystalline Sacred Geometric form that will effervese right throughout the land. Some crystals will be available for sale on the day.
1:45 Mandala Creation Workshop with Anna Nagle (Children): Anna Nagle of the Willow School of Art & Healing presents a mandala creation space where children are gently assisted to design their own mandala in their chosen medium inspired by the beautiful surroundings of Hunting Brook Gardens
3:30 Bowspring Yoga with Michael Ryan (Adults & Children): A yoga / meditation practice to support a deeper sense of connection to both our inner and outer worlds. Awakening an innate quality of Presence that reminds us that everything we need is already here.
5:00 Drum Circle Rhythm Play with Sinead Harte of Sí Moon Rhythms (Adults & Children): The closing ceremony will take place in glaciated valley as the sound and energy flows through this sacred land. Sinead will have drums available but if you have a drum bring it along.
The tea rooms will be open at Hunting Brook for tea, coffee and delicious cakes too!
