This summer on June 30th the Sanctuary will run its annual ashram experience at Stella Maris Retreat Centre in the beautiful sea side setting of Howth. Wake up to gentle yoga to centre and stabilise as the day begins to unfold. Enjoy breakfast in comfort with sea views and delicious wholesome vegetarian food.
Fr Korko Moses will lead the retreat and is a spiritual guide, he teaches contemplative practices of meditation and yoga, and founded Dhyanavanam, an Ashram inspired by Christian & Eastern spiritual traditions. He teaches and leads retreats, and has worked as a counsellor and spiritual guide and offers spiritual guidance at the five L’Arche communities in India.
