Concious Ageing

By Mary Jane Verniere

Conscious ageing serves people who recognize that the ability to create a meaningful and fulfilling life is the result of conscious intentions and decisions.

By pausing to take stock of our lives in a meaningful way, we gain clarity. We’re able to identify those aspects of our experience that have given value and depth to our lives that we want to carry forward in our journey. And we see which experiences and habits need to be examined and healed so that we can have clean, clear energy as we move into the future and not have our have our focus stuck in the past.

Whether we’re transitioning into retirement, caring for elderly loved ones, coping with other aspects of evolving family dynamics, or simply searching for a way to engage more deeply with our own purpose and destiny, the dynamics of changing circumstances demand our full attention.

In the conscious ageing workshops, we learn how to identify and use specific conscious states as tools for positive change. We shift our outlook on ageing from self-limiting beliefs of a downward slide into a twilight time of diminishment, loss and increasing dependency, to viewing the future as a new frontier, a time when we can devote more of ourselves to the things that matter most to us.

Thus, the paradigm of ageing shifts to one of vast potential infused with vitality, passion, purpose and continual growth, all to help make the future years the best years.

Wholehearted Vision is holding a 3 day workshop on the subject from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th of June, 2016. Please visit wholeheartedvision.com or conscious ageing workshop for more info.
