Gosia Wojciulewicz is a Korean Yoga & Qi Gong teacher, holistic therapist, and personal trainer. She is also the co-founder of the health and wellbeing site retreatself.com, where she promotes tips for a balanced lifestyle and helps people to reach their potential, both personally and professionally. During the month of March, she is running an exciting series of yoga and energy classes. The first one is on Thursday March 8th, and they will continue every Thursday after that at 6.00 p.m. each evening in Lotus Yoga, 5 Little Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2. Read below for more details!

Are you interested in learning about holistic Korean mind and body exercise techniques that can awaken your body and brain to its highest potential? If so, check out Gosia Wojciulewicz’s series of Yoga & Energy Classes with Meditation this month. These classes will help you to improve your physical health, reduce your stress levels and stabilise your emotions. 

The classes consist of Korean Yoga, Meditation, Energy training and Meridian exercises to help keep your body and mind in good shape and health. The classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of their age or physical condition. Techniques used include tapping, shaking, stretching, core strength building exercises, breathing, and Qi Gong sequences.

You will be guided through the techniques by Gosia, who is passionate about creating a nurturing space for people who require support in their process of change. Her goal is to inspire people to grow and feel happier. Her classes will teach you how to:

• Build up your own energy to be more effective and strong both mentally and physically. 

• Explore practical techniques to build concentration for use in everyday life.

• Connect your body and mind so that you feel more harmonised and vital. 

• Release stagnant energy, feel lighter and enhance inner joy.

Make sure you bring comfortable clothes and bottle of water. There are five classes you can take this month, all of which are happening on a Thursday at 6.00 p.m. The dates are: March 8th, March 15th, March 22nd, and March 29th. All classes will take place at Lotus Yoga, 5 Little Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2.
