This workshop teaches you skills to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and better intimacy with others. \nWe will also look at how Mens and Womens expectations & wants in relationships are evolving. \nA grounded\, dynamic and exploratory workshop covering: \n\nNervous System Regulation – Settling in\, feeling safe and opening up\nAttunement – Feeling self and another\nOwning our wants – Saying what you actually want\nPolarity energetics – Embodying presence and openness as Men and Women\n\nYou will leave with a better understanding of yourself and how you relate. \nThis space is open to couples and individuals. \nGender balance intended. \nTICKETS
