This 3-day training shows you how to integrate practises of meditation, mindfulness and compassion into any health care situation, giving long lasting benefit to yourself and those in your care. Scientific research has shown that applying meditation skills are effective in alleviating cases of chronic stress. As part of professional self- care, they can be a powerful antidote to compassion fatigue, exhaustion and burnout.
For nurses attending this training has An Bord Altranais (Irish Nursing Board) Category 1 Approval. In application to Irish College of General Practitioners for CPD credits.
