Here’s the Scoop:
On Monday, to help you start your week with a positive mindset, we will be sharing three powerful quotes to inspire you.
On Tuesday, you can enjoy a weekly podcast from our archive of interviews with some of the world’s leading spiritual teachers,
as well as some live podcasts from our events. Week one will kick off with Eckhart Tolle. Some of the other teachers coming soon include Teal Swan and Martin Dufffy.
On Wednesday, we will post a live video from Paul Congdon, owner and publisher of Positive Life, sharing his positive product or positive tips for the week. This video will usually be posted at 4.00 p.m.
On Thursday, you will get to enjoy a Facebook live stream of our Positive Nights event, (if there is one being held that week), or a live video from a leading holistic expert in our community.
On Feel-Good Friday, we will recommend some feel good reading and powerful spiritual books to stoke up your weekend.
On Saturday, you will be treated to a 30-minute workshop by one of our holistic experts, usually posted at 11.00 a.m.
On Sunday, you will experience a 30-minute yoga class with a yoga teacher from our wonderful community.
The Yoga Teachers:
The first yoga teacher to share her expertise with us this month is Sinead O’Connor of Hush Yoga.
Sinead has been teaching yoga since 2001, continuously expanding her knowledge through ongoing trainings including Yoga Training with 500+ hours to date. She is qualified in Anusara Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Wellness Coach and Mindfulness Facilitator. She completed an ITEC Diploma in Diet and Nutrition & Anatomy and Physiology in 2004.
Sinead’s background in contemporary dance is reflected in the way she teaches yoga. Her style of yoga is a nicely paced flowing (vinyasa) yoga, balanced in softness (yin) and strength (yang). We look forward to working with her through the month of May!
Other yoga teachers we have lined up in future months include Michael Ryan, Kitty Maguire and Veronica Larsson.
We also have a series of online workshops coming up in the Positive Club, with the renowned coach Jessica Alstrom.
For the next six weeks, Jessica will be holding an online workshop in the Positive Club, discussing the new 5D earth frequencies we are experiencing now around the world.
Jessica Alstrom, known as the Alchemist, is a Quantum Life Coach, Spiritual Translator, Author, Medical Intuitive, and Light Language Sound Healer. Through Jessica’s simple-to-understand, practical teachings, she brings relatable, relevant solutions for unraveling the challenges of daily life.
