Here’s the Scoop:
On Monday, to help you start your week with a positive mindset, we will be sharing three powerful quotes to inspire you.
On Tuesday, you can enjoy a weekly podcast from our archive of interviews with some of the world’s leading spiritual teachers, as well as live podcasts from our events. Week one will kick off with Eckhart Tolle. Some of the other teachers coming soon include Teal Swan and Martin Dufffy.
On Wednesday, we will post a live video from Paul Congdon, owner and publisher of Positive Life, sharing his positive product or positive tips for the week. This video will usually be posted at 4.00 p.m.
On Thursday, you will get to enjoy a Facebook live stream of our Positive Nights event, (if there is one being held that week), or a video from a leading holistic expert in our community.
On Feel-Good Friday, we will recommend some feel good reading and powerful spiritual books to stoke up your weekend.
On Saturday, you will be treated to a 30-minute workshop by one of our holistic experts, usually posted at 11.00 a.m.
On Sunday, you will experience a 30-minute yoga class with a yoga teacher from our wonderful community.
The Yoga Teachers:
The yoga teacher currently leading our sessions is Veronica Larsson.
Veronica is dedicated to investigating, exploring and working with the human mind-body condition. She first delved into practices of body and mind as a necessity, to ease physiological and psychological issues that were affecting her capacity to lead a full life. She then journeyed through 2250 contact hours of training in yoga, meditation, trauma & emotional release therapy, nutrition, consciousness & energy medicine, stress release, breath-work, and shamanism; as well as a BA in Fine Art Painting & an MA in Fine Art Virtual Realities.
She describes her work as ‘an ongoing endeavour to engage meaningfully and authentically with myself, my body and health, life, others… and the intelligent, health-giving, life-force inherent in all of us.’
Over the next four weeks, Veronica will be taking Positive Clubbers on a journey through Subtle Body Anatomy Yoga.
The next yoga teacher we have lined up is Kitty Maguire.
