She will be visiting Ireland this September for a special workshop called Stalking Wild Psoas, aimed at helping participants to nourish their psoas muscles. The workshop will take place from Monday September 24th to Wednesday September 26th, 2018, in the beautiful location of Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa in County Cork. Liz’s three-day retreat and process-oriented workshop focuses on nourishing and restoring the bio-intelligent psoas muscles using micro non-linear, multi-dimensional, fluid movement, and sound frequency. Our setting with a salt water pool offers the opportunity to heal psoas issues both in and out of water to awaken your core integrity. Just as a tree, grown in a restricted container, never reaches its full potential, so too a domesticated psoas never fully expresses itself when bound within social decorum, linear patterns, and repetitive movement.
