You can come any day, subject to an available flight and stay for as long as you like, although they do recommend a minimum stay of a week.

Lanzarote is a biosphere reserve with 300 volcanoes and three designated tourist areas. The road system is excellent with very light traffic and short journeys to beaches, attractions and shopping areas.
