Change Your Thoughts

Imagine starting your day with this phrase: life loves me. Imagine your diet being influenced by a dictate like ‘I will lovingly nourish myself with good food.’ Regardless of the stresses you face, the thoughts you choose to think about yourself will be the foundations of your day and your life. Your attitude and approach to doing anything is how you do everything. Just this instant, think negatively, and see how your mind and body reacts. Now, turn those thoughts positive; imagine you are looking in the mirror and loving what you see – a wonderfully energised person. See the difference already?
This transformation is called healing your life: letting honesty, truth and real feelings in. It’s the Heal Your Life philosophy made famous by Louise Hay. There is nothing new about this philosophy. It is everyday and it is real. It simply involves changing your thought process, becoming aware of how thoughts shape lives, learning to care about self, value self, and through that, others. It’s so powerful to let go, to allow loving, abundant thoughts and experiences enter your life.
Learning how to forgive others for not being the way we want them to be has been the most freeing and rewarding lesson in my life. It has allowed me to welcome things into my life experiences I would never previously have imagined. Sharing this work with others is a huge privilege.
