The Abi & Fi Coded Mandala and Endorphin Retreat

Join Fiona and Abina, agents of coded messages concerning state of self, wonder, nature and change for this one day workshop and take home some amazing tools for improving your state of mind, health and well-being. A perfect retreat and treat for all of you so deserving of taking time for yourself. Explore and grow through the wisdom of the practice of self endorphinating, yoga nidra, visualisation and creative expression.
Fiona and Abina come from a long path of initiation, training and educating in the fields of bodywork, psychotherapy, holistic development, creative art therapy, shamanic initiations, soul response therapy, source process rebirthing, fashion, craft and design as well as play therapy. Between them they have over 60 years of experience and when not working together, enjoy playing together as well as consciously committing to healing the earth planet.
Abi and Fi will hold a safe space in the wonderful area of Sandycove; an area of immense beauty in a house full of colourful interactive spaces. The energy of creativity and healing vibrations is abundant and palpable with views fanning out over Dublin bay to the isle of Howth and beyond with the ever chaining canvas of the earth, sky and sea dancing with a symphony of sounds. A few minutes stroll from Bullock harbour, James Joyce’s tower and the historical villages of Glastule and Dalkey with easy access to both the Dart station and bus routes.
Space at this delicious workshop is limited to 10 places so fist come first served. Those who wish to come and don’t manage to book in time will be put on a waiting list.
Financial investment: €65 including all materials, teaching and organic snacks.
Note: Do bring food to share and this will be topped up with organic nutritious munchies from Abi’s Diner.
