By Aisling Cronin
Kevin Griffin’s therapeutic journey began under the guidance of his brother Tom, and explores the unconscious mind’s role in creating blockages within our lives and our bodies. Now, both brothers practice bio-energy and a special healing technique called Hidden Mind: Tom in Mayo, and Kevin in Dublin.
Kevin explains that a new client will typically attend four sessions with him, to address imbalances within four different areas of their life: physical, emotional, nutritional, and energetic. He says, “The energy field holds a picture of our optimal state of health. For example, your subconscious mind knows what your liver’s 100% functional state should be, or whether you are impacted by trauma, and the Hidden Mind technique involves using a dowser to access the client’s subconscious.” The therapy incorporates both touch and non-touch hand techniques (to manipulate blockages in a client’s energy field).
After the sessions, clients are provided with corrective sounds and affirmations to help them maintain equilibrium. One client says that the Hidden Mind therapy completely changed her life and the lives of her family members. “One of my sons, aged four, has always been prone to aggression, and we tried everything to help him,” she explains. “When we took him to Kevin, he discovered that a bone in his head was out of place, and fixed it without even needing to touch him. After that, my son became very calm. His teacher remarked that he was a completely changed child!”

“At the festival people will learn how to make changes at home and at work that will lift their vibrancy and create an energy flow of abundance and wealth,” says Amanda, who has spent many years studying with China’s top Feng Shui masters. Here’s her most recent article for Positive Life Magazine:
Raise the Vibration in your Body and Your Home
By Amanda Collins
The conscious use of words and symbols can help you raise the energy vibration of your home and your body. Let’s start with your home. The front door invites good positive energy flow into your home. What does your doormat say? “Welcome?” This will clearly let the universe know you want to invite positive experiences into your life and home. We consist of 70% water, which Dr Masaru Emoto has shown is a blueprint for consciousness. Depending on our intentions and emotions we can change the structure of water. His scientific experiments showed that glasses of water react differently to words such as hate and war compared to those such as love and peace. Hateful words lead to ugly frozen crystal formations; water exposed to words of love formed into beautiful symmetrical crystals.
Similarly, positive words and images around our home impact our physical and energetic bodies. Artworks have the same power. Images of peace and kindness raise the vibration in the home and therefore, in our personal energy fields. This is true even of refrigerator magnets. Often I visit homes and see statues of soldiers with spears on galloping horses or statues with missing heads; this usually represents a disconnect between body, mind and spirit. In one home, a multitude of clocks in every room were not running. That client’s main complaint was feeling stuck. The walls of another client’s home were covered in masks; she eventually shared that she is hiding from life. Images and messages tattooed and on the body also impact the energy field on a cellular level. Take a moment and look at the accessories, statues, artwork, any words or images around the house and notice the messages they are giving out. Items we have in our home create and support our reality.
The home is an expression of internal healing, so keep only what you love and what inspires you. This is also true of the language we use with ourselves and others. Support yourself by avoiding expressions of victimhood. Use words of empowerment. If you find yourself always saying things like “It’s just my luck” or “This is killing me” or “I will never be good enough” or “Life is hard,” these may become your reality.
When you match your vibrational frequency with that which you fear, you most definitely do not support yourself in living a fulfilled and joyful life. Instead of telling ourselves lies about not being good enough, we should come from a place of self- love, speaking mindfully and kindly. To raise your vibrational energy and attract what you want in your life, use words such as:
I choose this
I am grateful for . . . .
Words that we use to speak unkindly about others have the same impact as if we say these things about ourselves. Whether it is the language of the artwork on your wall, the language of your thoughts, or the language of your speaking, use words with the high vibration that assists in the evolution of your Soul and supports you on this earthly journey.
Mind, Body, Spirit and Wellness will be in Dublin’s RDS from October 29-31th, 2016.

Don Sebastian Suclle is an Andean Master Shaman, he was born in the Q’ero Nation a village at the southeast of Cusco, ancient capital of the Americas. Sebastian comes from lineage of medicine people, his apprenticeship began at very young age soon after he was struck by lightning. Thus began his initiation in the Shamanic path as a Servant of Pachamama ( Mother Earth ) and the Apus (Mountain Spirits).
The Q’ero nation work and live as a community of about 2000 people, living high in Peruvian Andes mountains Waman Lipa 4,300mts. The main activity besides agriculture, is weaving and it’s threw their weaving they have been communicating since they don’t have a written language.
The Q’ero are the last descendants of the Inka Civillisation. When the Conquistador invaded Peru in the 16th century they fled high in Andes and were able to maintain the Q’ero knowledge and Shamanic tradition dating back thousands of years. These traditions and their ancient medicine ways passed from generation to generation are now being shared with the modern World.
Q’ero Shamans believe it is paramount to be in right relationship with Mother Earth, our families, our friends, our work, and each person and everything we interact with, not just those we love, but to be in right relationship with every part of our lives, including ourselves. This is to live in AYNI.

Moynalty Yoga Festival took place last August for the first time, was resoundingly(lots of gongs, bowls, chanting & sound healing) successful and will be run this year over 2 days due to popular demand. Our theme this year is Honouring the Divine Feminine – Reclaiming our Power – We have 3 areas of meditation, yoga and dance classes over the 2 days and a large group ancestral healing ritual and meditation led by Amantha Murphy on saturday evening the 22nd of June.
Moynalty is situated in the heart of Co Meath in the midst of many of our ancient royal sites and we will be tuning into the site building ancestors as part of the ritual. This will be followed by a moon mantra meditation at midnight under the Solstice Full Moon and we begin the next morning at 5am with kundalini yoga and meditation. Fabulous teachers, workshop leaders and speakers. The aim of the festival is to showcase yoga and meditation, demonstrate it’s effectiveness in dealing with the issues which face our society today – stress, anxiety, chronic illness. Also to consciously meditate to bring about positive change in our country, remembering that our sovereignty was always aligned with the goddess & knowing that even if we dont consciously have the answers, our souls do. Knowing, also, that group meditation is a powerful tool to journey deep inside and find those answers and our power so that we can ground them in our present reality.
Many people have said that the energy in Moynalty is special. I have heard it compared to Glastonbury more than once. It’s a completely voluntary event, run by volunteers and the teachers and speakers all volunteer their time freely.
