Joanne Faulkner, co-host of Spring into Summer Retreat (detailed below) recently published a book entitled, “Shiatsu & the Art of Conscious Cooking.” It’s a spiritual cookbook full of recipes, meditations, acupressure points and Chinese Medicine, because life is an holistic experience and cooking and eating a very important part of that and of course connected to everything else!
