Who are you when you strip away your history, the story of you that you’ve told and retold yourself again and again? Who are you, beyond somebody’s child, friend, partner or parent? Who are you beyond your place of birth, citizenship, ethnic origin, gender, age, job and self image? Who are you beyond time and space? Do you have a sense your Self as an Infinite being? If not, are you curious..?
All of this can be discovered, and more, when we bring ourselves back to the most basic human experience of breathing. The truth, beauty and incredible capacity of your Self are accessible when you begin to be with your breath. This opens a doorway to knowing, to healing and so much more…
Kundalini Yoga provides us with practises which enable us to understand, develop and refine the various aspects of ourselves. We work with breath, movement, and a variety of meditation techniques to bring us to a state of wholeness. From that place of wholeness we have the capacity to heal ourselves and others.
Sat Nam Rasayan is a healing modality used in Kundalini yoga. Through this meditative practise we can heal others and receive healing. This sacred art teaches us how to heal through consciousness. Your sensory system and meditative mind have to ability to diagnose and heal. You only need learn how to drop your preconceived notions and trust yourself to open up to the state of deep listening and knowing.
