Professor Simon Dolan, Creator of Coaching for Values™ (CBV) and co-author of some 62+ books on management, psychology and health launches CBV in Ireland with Ines Gonzalez. As President and Founder of GESTION M.D.S, Professor Dolan is recognised amongst his peers for his life-long commitment to learning and sharing of knowledge. His ‘Coaching by Values™’ system focuses on individual and/or organisational change through evaluation and alignment of personal values with those of their family, organisation or community. This powerful methodology which facilites personal growth and enhanced performance can be used effectively in 1:1 Coaching, with Couples and for Team Work.
Participants will be trained by Professor Dolan in this 2-day intensive workshop which attracts 16 CPD hours and become Coaching by Values™ Practitioners.
The CBV methodology, recognised by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) is based on the two best-selling books by Prof. Simon L. Dolan and his colleagues: “Managing by Values: Corporate guide to living, being alive and making a living in the 21st century” (Palgrave-McMillan, 2006), and “Coaching by Values: A guide to success in the life of business and the business of life” (iUniverse, 2011). Professor Dolan has also created an educational card game called “The Value of Values” and a children’s tale “The Magic Carpet and the Islands of Values”, used by Therapists and Coaches as an effective way of creating a platform for open dialogue.
