Home Events CANCELLED: ‘Fantastic Fungi’ Screening on August 23rd

N.B: The government has recently brought in new restrictions, reducing the permitted size of indoor gatherings from 50 to 6. The screening cannot now go ahead. We hope that we can go back to holding physical events as soon as it is safe and advisable to do so. All ticket holders have been contacted with alternative arrangements. Thank you so much, as always, for your continued support.

We are so excited to be screening this amazing movie featuring luminaries such as Paul Stamets, Brie Larson and Dr Andrew Weil. The documentary is directed by Louie Schwartzberg.

Mushrooms have the potential to change our lives and save our planet – ‘Fantastic Fungi’ explains exactly why.

For this event, we have teamed up with the Fun Ghis (Lloyd Chambers and Christo Sal).

Mushrooms, motivation and magic: that’s what the Fun Ghis are all about. They describe themselves as “two mushroom missionaries” on a mission to motivate society to unveil the magic that has been hidden in a disconnected world. As a result of motivating cold-sea swims, empowering events and online masterminding, the Fun Ghis are returning communities to interconnectedness and mutual aid, just as the mushrooms wanted.
