FINDING YOUR HEART’S KEY
WORKSHOP
with Paul Buggle & Randa Hawa
Central Hotel May 20th (10am- 5pm)
Are you looking to attract love into your life?
The key to your heart may lie within yourself.
The heart is our guide and love is essential in living a fulfilled life. It is the underlying energy of everything. When we struggle to love ourselves and the world around us, we cut ourselves off from the vibration of love.
Love of the self is so important. The heart is powerful and we need to use the love within to give to ourselves and then share it outwards. When the energy of love is blocked or we cannot unlock it, we can experience pain, distrust and confusion. Once we learn to let our love flow, we find peace, purpose and happiness as we connect with the wisdom of our souls. Our lives make sense.
The heart is always seeking that connection with the soul and once the marriage of self happens, we allow ourselves to be open to receiving our soulmates into our lives.
Join Paul and Randa in an inspiring workshop on Love, on May the 20th at the Central Hotel. There they will guide you on an intuitive journey on how to find the key to unlocking your heart and connect with your true self. Once we allow and accept ourselves, huge transformations can occur in our lives. Paul and Randa will be there to facilitate and guide you on your path of self discovery and love.

I am a source of information and healing, revealing more of who you are, seeing through the layers and patterns you hold. I help release the blocks and then you understand and accept the perfect being you are. I have worked for many years as a psychic, medium, intuitive and healer, helping and advising with the aid of guides, loved ones, angels and the higher self. This gives me great insight and I never cease to wonder at what is revealed through the power of the spirit
Randa Hawa

As the years have gone on, my confidence has grown and my ability to hear, see and feel Spirit has become stronger . In Dialogue, Spirit often speak through me and will be quite direct when needed! I am here to serve Love, I am here for Love, to help people realise how special they are, how they are their own key to their Heart, and how through trusting Love they can open their Heart to who they truly are. Because of this, you allow the Universe to work with you, allowing you to truly reap what you sow.
Cost for this workshop: €85. Bookings can be made by contacting Paul on 087-1257073.

Finding your heart’s key to free the love within you and attract true love
The heart is our guide in life. Love is essential to live a fulfilled life. It is the underlying energy of everything. When we struggle to love ourselves and the world around us, we cut ourselves off from that vibration. When we find romantic love, we feel complete, and the heart and mind come together, but if that does not last, we are lost again.
The love of self is so important, even more so than romantic love. The heart is powerful. We need to use that love within us, to give it to ourselves and then share it outwards. When that energy of love is blocked or we cannot unlock it, that causes pain, distrust and confusion, and may lead us astray. It has to flow, then we find peace, happiness and purpose, and our lives make sense .
We then connect to the wisdom of the soul. The heart is seeking that connection, to align the heart and soul. This can bring our soulmate into our lives, but the marriage of the self happens first. We are all on that journey here in this life.
Randa and Paul have come together to help that process to happen, and help us to find our hearts’ key. The venue is to be announced – watch this space for more details! You can book your tickets on Eventbrite.
We wanted to share this powerful article on breaking free from fear, written for our Winter 2017/18 issue by the renowned author, actress, dancer and teacher Dee Wallace. It is a strong call to action, urging us to leave behind the doubts and worries that prevent us from reaching our full potential in life. Prepare to be inspired!

My beautiful daughter – my best friend and fellow healer – is in Europe traveling by herself right now. She has wanted to take this trip since high school. I must admit, I was energetically torn in two. Part of me went into an immediate fear reaction: terrorists, the unknown, not being there to help and guide… The other half of me was, literally, in awe. So brave, I thought. I could never do that: go into the unknown by myself. I have to laugh, because that is exactly what I did when I left Kansas and moved to New York!
When I queried her about “if this was the right thing to do” she paused, and in a very calm and knowing voice, stated: “Mom, my greatest fear is being alone. So I might as well go conquer it.” I cannot tell you the pride and awe that swelled up within my heart. Wow, I thought, she is about to live what I teach. It made me realise, also, that I had not given myself credit for all the brave moments in my own life that most certainly put my own mother in a state of panic. And that brought me to perusing this subject of fear.
Why do we fear? What do we fear? Obviously, we fear what we do not know. If we know what to expect, and know we have some control over it, we do not fear, or, at least, we handle the fear enough that we can forge onward. Much of our fear is about “doing something wrong that we will never be forgiven for.” What if I go to Europe by myself and I can’t handle it? What do I do then about Who I Am? Of course, the empowerment that happens to us when we DO find out what we can create (and that we are creating it) is powerful beyond measure. And if we can’t handle something, we have the choice to know it’s all a part of our learning process and that there is nothing we need to forgive ourselves for.
Knowing we are the power that chooses the love and joy of our own creation/choice/action to move through fear is what we are here to learn through the experiences we choose. And sometimes, it can be a great challenge. I admit, there were moments I automatically reacted out of fear for Gabrielle’s safety (like the London terrorist attack that happened when she was in Europe.) The channel lovingly reminded me that she is powerful beyond words, and to state: I release you to your own Divine I Am Presence. And that gave me peace.
So I am looking at all the energy of You, and stating,”I release you to your own Divine I Am Presence.” I believe in you. I believe in your power. I believe in your choice to empower yourself. You are loved in this world.
Blessings, Dee

Equality. It’s certainly a word that is active right now. Equal rights, equal pay, equal opportunity … but what is equality from the standpoint of the bipartisan world of all possibilities channel?
Equality is, firstly, the right to choose. In truth, that is always the case. However, many of us have been taught the illusion that others can take our voice away from us. Let’s take, for example, the ‘choice’ to come to America. With that choice comes opportunity and responsibility. With that choice might come laborious vetting, working for years to have the capital to relocate, perhaps even leaving family behind. That ‘choice’ brings with it demands for other choices that impact the initial choice. Also, in the example before us politically right now, many feel that the initial choice is being ripped from them.
But the channel insists that choice can NEVER be taken from us, because, whatever the circumstance, we still have the right to choose another choice, an acceptance or denial. The best antidote for inequality here is to always stay in the choice that creates the most love and personal harmony within ourselves. The challenge here is ACCEPTANCE.
Secondly, equality is freedom from our own struggle. We cannot be/feel equal to the balance, health and prosperity we want without letting go of the stories, grudges and blame that hold us as victims. If we define ourselves as victims, we must create scenarios in life that fulfil that definition. Ergo, more struggle and less equality. Our hearts remain closed to the possibility of creating more Freedom.
