Jason, from Meditation365 will give a talk/presentation on what Mindfulness and Meditation actually are:
- What is actually happening when I Meditate?
- What is happening when I practice being Present?
- How can I be Present 100% of the time?
- How can I be in a state of comfortable Meditation throughout my day, with my eyes opened?!
Jason will speak about how Meditation affects the Mind, Emotions and the Physical body. He will highlight the importance of being able to get Present when practicing “Spirituality”. He will address the importance of allowing this thing called Enlightenment to just happen, as opposed to trying to force the issue. Being Present gets you to a place where this can happen more gracefully. You will leave with a new found Clarity and perspective on the benefits and also the Simplicity of beginning to get Present.
