College of Naturopathic Medicine: a Tradition of Excellence
We are huge fans of the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). They are Ireland’s largest and longest established training provider in courses such as Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy and Acupuncture, with colleges in Dublin, Cork and Galway. CNM also has colleges throughout the UK and USA. Their courses have been carefully designed to incorporate scientific understanding of the human body, along with traditional, natural methods of healthcare.
Beo Wine Bar + Kitchen: A Stoneybatter Sensation
If you’re looking for a truly unique tasting experience, make sure you check out Beo Wine Bar and Kitchen, which recently opened up in 50A Manor Street, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7. They offer Ireland’s first organic, plant-based tasting experience, providing an extensive range of organic, natural and biodynamic wines. Beo is open for dinner from Thursday to Sunday, 5.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. They offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. They also provide catering services for private events.
Beautiful Bread, Made the Traditional Way
Bread Nation is an organic bakery which specialises in the production of long-fermented breads. All of their breads are hand made over a two-day period, using organic flour and other wholesome ingredients including nuts, seeds, grains and dried fruit. They supply like-minded retailers, restaurants, hotels and cafés with bread and fresh pastries daily. In September 2018, they launched a bakery/eatery named Bread 41, which is located on Pearse Street, Dublin 2.
