The complementary therapy brings balance to your body and your life. Amatsu is a modern interpretation of an ancient Japanese physical therapy, which originated more than 5,000 years ago in the Far East. Its fundamental principle is that good health is based on balance within the body, in the mind, in what we eat and drink, in how we use our energy and in our interaction with the world around us.

It is effective in treating a very wide range of physical conditions.

Classes take place in the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, with free parking when training and it is easily accessible by bus or Dart.

Course start is 3-4th March  and we do have payment plans in place so you have flexibility and choice with your tuition costs. This course is accredited by the CTHa UK, ICNM UK and Amatsu Association of Ireland.
