More about Jack

Jack Harrison has been practising and teaching yoga for the past 30 years and in the last 10 years has become the best known Irish yoga musician in the world. He has made 6 music albums and written a widely acclaimed book on a new approach to yoga called The Celtic School of Yoga.

He has a Masters degree in Irish Folklore and Archaeology and works as a museum consultant and a lecturer at the National University in Galway.

Since 2007, Jack has travelled internationally to give workshops, intensives and teacher trainings and now teaches with a strong influence from the Celtic tradition. His teachings and practice explore how it is to ally movement of the body with breath, focus, mythology, poetry, music and the natural world—and the astonishing fact of being alive.
