Qi Gong is an ancient Taoist path of spiritual advancement using meditation, as well as breath and energy control. It is considered one of the four pillars of Chinese medicine, the others being acupuncture, massage, and herbs.
With the success of her last workshop, teacher Liz Kelly is running an 8-week course for beginners, where she’ll guide you through the various poses such as the Calming Cloud Hands and Rowing on a Calm Lake.
