We have some great news, Positive Lifers! We are pleased to introduce this meditation we have always wanted to do for you: a meditation in which you get to actively enhance your resonance with health, love, abundance and your personal purpose. This meditation takes just 20 minutes, and you can do it once, twice or as many times as you like per day.
This meditation was a co-creation by the Positive Life team and Judith McAdam. Judith is a renowned theologian, kinesiologist, holistic life coach and author of the beautiful book The Source.
