This workshop takes place with James Cunnane, a transpersonal breathwork facilitator and Kate Curtis, an acupuncturist and administrator.
Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful method of self-healing and self-exploration. It enables one to move into a non-ordinary state of consciousness using conscious breathing supported by powerful evocative trance music, and healing body-work. Experiences may result in releasing of deep energetic blockages, re-experiencing birth, and healing of emotional and physical traumas. It can lead to a spiritual opening and transformation, joyful and powerful healing and a reconnection with ones inate wisdom and true self
