Les Flitcroft is the Director of the Institute for Pranic Healing UK & Ireland, and we are thrilled to be hosting him at Positive Nights on Thursday March 21st from 7.30 to 9.30 p.m. in Bewley’s Café, 78/79 Grafton Street, Dublin 2.
Les is a gifted trainer, presenter, and practitioner of PRANIC HEALING®. He has dedicated his life to teaching and spreading this work to as many people as possible. As well as being a busy lecturer and full time PRANIC HEALING® Instructor, Les has a thriving healing practice. He has healed thousands of people with a multitude of ailments.
Les is the only instructor in the UK to be personally trained by Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of PRANIC HEALING®. Les established the Institute of Pranic Healing United Kingdom and Ireland. Through this, Les promotes and teaches PRANIC HEALING®.
Les was formally an Aerospace engineer and was naturally skeptical when it came to things like “Energy Healing”. That was until he was left with two broken arms following a sporting accident, which culminated in one of his arms being completely paralyzed. When the doctor told him that he would be paralyzed for life, Les would not accept the diagnosis.
He was introduced to PRANIC HEALING® by a good friend and found that energy could be used to facilitate a complete healing. Les instantly became fascinated by the amazing work of Master Choa Kok Sui. As an Engineer, Les saw the priceless value of the Pranic Healing process; which is very specific, repeatable and can be easily taught to anyone. Everyone has the ability to heal themselves and others.
His students include people from all walks of life. He teaches those in the medical profession, psychologists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, parents and a wide variety of corporate and business professionals. He has taught PRANIC HEALING® to many alternative healthcare practitioners helping them compliment and enhance their practice.
We look forward to hearing all about the amazing effects of Pranic Healing from Les on Thursday March 21st, from 7.30 to 9.30 p.m. in Bewley’s Café, 78/79 Grafton Street, Dublin 2. You can pay on the door or book your tickets here.
Nature’s Answer
Chlorella’s age-defying magic
by Kumiko Kumagai
However hard we try, we’ll never be able to turn back the clock and get back the looks and figure we had when we were younger. However, nature may have the ability to slow things down as we move forward in life, though this help might come in a rather unusual form…
Chlorella is a type of green algae that grows in fresh water. This can be harvested and dried to create a superfood. Those in the know have been taking chlorella for a number of years for its reputed health benefits. Recent scientific research has helped to back up these claims. It appears nature really has provided us with a means to help us look and feel at least a little bit younger.
Scientists have found that chlorella may have an ability to prevent the breakdown of a substance in skin called elastin. As its name suggests, ‘elastin’ is what gives our skin its elasticity. As we get older we begin to lose elastin, which is what causes wrinkles to form. By helping to prevent the breakdown of elastin, it is believed that chlorella may have the ability to keep wrinkles at bay.
Research has also shown that chlorella could have a role to play in helping to reduce weight gain. A protein found in the algae appears able to reduce the increase in size of the body’s fat cells, which is normally seen when eating a diet high in fat.
