There are some great things out there that supercharge your blood quality (like beetroot juice – the clue is in the colour). I’m always looking for something that will give me a boost and taste good. I recently tried Nuzest vegan protein powder and the taste is simply knockout. In fact, it was so good I thought there must be something dodgy in it.
