An Autumnal Morning Retreat to Feed and Nourish your Soul
This soothing retreat on October 18th aims to give you time to plough under, rest, heal, and reassess.
SOUL is a powerful fusion of Crystal Healing and Visualisation, Reiki with Kayrin Connery and all the team, restorative yoga with Rosie Boyle and acupressure with Augusta Wije. Judith will also give you tools and techniques to nourish you on all levels in the form of a beautiful Crystal healing box filled with goodies and information that will be sent to you prior to the retreat for use on the day.
In your box of healing tricks, you will receive the following three crystals representing the Crown, Heart and Root Chakra or the Divine and Human part within you, with the Heart Chakra acting as the conduit for both.
– The Crown Chakra – Snowy Quartz symbolizes innocence and clarity and for that reason, it is brilliant for the Crown Chakra and Inner Child work. It will help you to look at things from a child-like perspective, without preconceived ideas.
– The Heart Chakra – Green Calcite helps you to feel Love energy and to express compassion toward yourself and others. Green Calcite helps your inner child to release anxieties, anger, or resentment. It will also act as a conduit between your Crown Chakra and your Root Chakra.
– The Root Chakra – Aragonite Sputnik or Star Crystal enhances patience and acceptance. It is an Earth healer and grounding stone attuned to Gaia. It also transforms geopathic stress and clear blockages, deepening your connection to the earth.
And finally, in this special Healing Box of yours, you will receive some Pine Cones representing Mother Earth and our connection to her. Judith foraged these cones in Kilmashogue, then dried them out and sprinkled them with Clove and Cinnamon oil.
This healing morning will consist of:

– Rosie Boyle integrating your spiritual, mental and emotional opening in through your physical body, with some gentle restorative yoga poses.
– Augusta Wije going through some powerful acupressure points, which you will be able to self-administer with her guidance.
– Reiki Master Kayrin Connery, along with Judith, Rosie and Augusta beginning distance Reiki Healing on you.
