We have exciting news to share: our Winter 2020/21 issue has now been released! This one was a real labour of love, and we were delighted to create it for you. Thank you so much, Positive Lifers, for all of your support this year – one of the most extraordinary times in living memory – and we wish you a beautiful, restorative holiday season.
For our Winter issue, we were blessed to interview many leading lights in the holistic world. Our cover stars this issue are Foster Gamble and Kimberly Carter Gamble, the makers of Thrive. They spoke to us about their incredible new documentary, THRIVE II, which puts forward startling and innovative solutions to many of the pressing issues we face in our world.
The theme of our Winter issue is ‘sovereignty’, and we loved reading our regular writers’ thought-provoking interpretations on this theme.
Our parenting expert Anna Cole, of Hand in Hand Parenting, wrote about the importance of parents and caregivers honouring their children’s wishes during playtime. Judith McAdam shared a powerful exercise to help open the solar plexus chakra.
Meditation coach Sandy Newbigging discussed how, in raising our vibration, we can bring in a more peaceful world.
Our resident tantra expert Dawn Cartwright wrote a beautiful reflection on the power of sexual sovereignty.
Other highlights of our Winter issue include a profile of the beautiful Creacon Wellness Retreat (which has gone from strength to strength since it first opened), a glimpse of what the astrology of the coming months has in store (courtesy of Rachelle Hicks Astrology) and oodles of nutritional wisdom from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine Ireland, Pharmanord and ITL Health, to name a few.
No doubt about it … this is an abundantly jam-packed issue, and we can’t wait to hear what you think of it!
