I spoke with Cara Long of Alta CBD recently. Cara began her CBD journey when she was left in chronic pain from an accident. She suffered whiplash and tendinitis for some time before finding her relief in CBD.
“I used a topical cream and almost overnight, I could see the difference. I was also able to get a deeper night’s sleep immediately. It really helped me, but it was hard to find.
